• Efficient Performance: With EER ratings up to 10.0, these units are designed for energy-efficient operation.
• Condensate Management: Features either a 5-gallon condensate tank, a standard pump (20 ft. lift), or a standard pump with an optional tank depending on the model.
• Quiet Operation: Sound levels range from 54 dB(A) to 78 dB(A), depending on the model.

• UL Listed: Ensures safety and quality.

Operating Conditions:

• Cooling ambient operating range: 65∘ to 105∘F.
• Not approved for outdoor use.
• Cooling capacity is total BTUH at $80^{\circ}F$DB/$67^{\circ}F$WB return air, 95∘F outdoor at high fan speed.
• EER is determined at high fan speed, with condenser discharge air ducted into another area.

Warranty:

All OCEANAIRE products are covered by the OCEANAIRE Limited Warranty, which includes 1 year on the full product plus an additional 4 years for the compressor (restrictions apply).
